I received the item and realized it was OEM which means Original Equipment Manufacturer. There is a difference from the retail product and can be a big deal. So I returned the item at which there was no problem. I received an email that they received the item and I would be getting my refund: When I check the status this is what I learned: Item(s) refund: $129.94 Tax refund: $7.80 RESTOCKING FEE: --$129.94 Refund Total: $7.80 SO I DONT THINK THIS SHOULD EVEN GET A 1 STAR. WAY OVER RATED. NO MORE EVER SOFTWARE PURCHASES ON AMAZON. LESSON LEARNED. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE NOT TO MAKE A BAD DECISION!!
