How can they sell a product like that? I will throw it out anyway and ...
Coffee grinds got inside the motor underneath where beans go and started coming out from the air vents on the bottom of the machine. How in the heck could this happen? I believe the blade was not screwed down far enough and left a gap to allow the coffee grounds to get through. I will unscrew the 3 screws on bottom to see if I can hold back something internally to tighten the blade. How can they sell a product like that? I will throw it out anyway and continue using my Krups grinder that's the same size and has been working great for years. German name but made in china, I guess that says it all !!! Update: Blade was tight already, could not tighten more. This was the first product I bought from amazon that was defective. Next time I'll stay with a brand I trust. If this happens to anyone else, please don't hesitate to post it here
