This cord destroyed my headphone input on my I Mac computer. My computer worked fine with the apple earbuds that came with it. I wanted a longer cord. I plugged it in, it didn’t work. When I went to use the earbuds alone again, they no longer worked.The plug from the cord I purchased spread the prongs open in my I Mac making so it no longer made contact with the earbuds that were made for it . The earbuds that worked properly for over a year. You don’t open a 2800.00 Apple computer to fix it. You have to send it back to apple for repair. Being a Recording Engineer for 30 years, I know exactly what happened. It’s a five minute fix for anything else, If you open that apple yourself you void your warranty. It is a real hassle.I have to send it back to Apple now and hope it’s under warranty repair otherwise I’m sure it will cost me several hundreds. A six dollar cord could cost me a lot of money because of bad specs on the size of tha male input plug on tha cord. Luckily I’m able to use my Bluetooth on it. You asked for a review, you got it. In closing, I love Amazon, I think it is a great company. I think they need to screen a little better in some products. Thanks
