I have been using Pyrex all my life. Recently a dish I have had for a few years exploded in my oven, and dripped grease all over the bottom heating element, starting a small grease fire. I have been unable to contact Pyrex. They give a 1-800 number and when you call you have to wait over an hour to speak with someone. This is shameful behavior by any company. I will not buy Pyrex in the future. I was cooking smoked sausage at 375°F for 45 minutes.
