The coffee is great if you can get it to actually brew. However, only about half of the several dozen cups we've tried have successfully brewed. You'll start to brew, then your Keurig groans and shows an error message that the needle is blocked and you have to carefully raise the handle. It appears that plastic of the cup is too flimsy and it bends instead of being fully pierced by the needle, thereby blocking the coffee from exiting. You have to raise the handle, run a cup of hot water to clean the mess of grounds it leaves everywhere, then try again with a different cup (and no, you can't expand the hole manually or try again--it just doesn't work). Rather than the typical smooth plastic cups you find on most brands, these cups have a corrugated/ribbed plastic side. Very frustrating to be in a hurry in the morning to get to work and have to try a few times to get a cup of coffee.
