UPDATE ** I never got my money back , they never fixed nor sent me a new one. The warranty listed in the description is bogus. Sent video, photos and am stuck with a broken machine. Not worth the money or the time wasted on all the month back and forth emails. They waste your time so the Amazon dispute expires. Purchased in Sept, thought it was great. As I do every year, I unplug everything and visit my son in Colorado. After two months away, I plug in my ice machine to find a loud noise and tiny see throw chips. The machine is not working as before so I cleaned it again but still no ice just little chips of melted mess. Even on large setting. Notified seller who had me make video and send video somewhere else, @ lucy Brown company, only to wait a week for the IT team to tell me to 'unplug machine wait 10 minutes and plug it back in'. 😂 What part of it has been unplugged and unused for months do they not understand. Still doesn't work. Trash it goes, warranty doesn't mean anything to this seller. I want a replacement and they can have this one to do their investigations as to why it doesn't work. 2023 Still never heard back from them after years of questions. Never got my money back nor a replacement.
