I liked these units so much I bought a second one and that is mostly because of the recording abilty Night or Day..Home or Away....But now after ten months on this one and less than two on the other theyve decided to change what you can record without a membership.And theyve done this without NOTICE! When I tried to fix the recording issue ,it trys to force me to pay for an overpriced membership so I can record in Night Mode.DISHONEST. Other security devices will do the same..cheaper.....Avoid like the plague UPDATE: I contacted Canary and they had the nerve to offer me a half price subscrition for a year...Im done!..Looking at other solutions,what really galls me the most is I bought a second unit ,the Flex less than two months ago now they are both door stops.A Complete RIP OFF! ANOTHER UPDATE: Observation only..Seems in recent days 10th Oct. forward there are a lot of 5 Star reviews from non Verified purchasers...Is Canary getting some to give reviews to try to stop the bleeding?..Seems so.....I checked the recent reviews to see if Canary mght have seen the light and were offering to kiss and make up...Not!
