I highly discourage you from buying this steam mop. It was purchased two years ago, used once a month and stored in a dry place. Now it's not putting down steam and leaking from behind, there's a special hole in the back and there's a safety valve for water pump to release water back pressure trough it. Steam chamber is full of limescale due to bad design and bad casting material used for steaming chamber. My dishwasher is using the same water and I don't have any spot on my dishes so it's not because of hard water, the inner layer of chamber is degrading. Steam pressure valve holes are sooooo small that can clog up when I sneeze mopping. Beside all these my major concern is having live wire connections right next to water pump input that's sealed with only a thin piece of silicon rubber. Live wire connection is via a few crimp connectors that are exposed at the bottom and if water gets there you will lit up instantly when loop is closed through your body, wet floor and live wire, kaaaaboom. Don't risk your life for this cheap mop.
