Don't waste your money and cabinet space. I made my first batch of yogurt in an Instant Pot and this device was a mess. I strained two quarts with the Euro Cuisine and two quarts with a double layer of coffee filters on top of a wire mesh strainer. The coffee filters were much faster and did a better job of producing clear whey. Take a look at the attached photo if you want to get an idea of how big of a difference there is between the two methods. This is getting donated ASAP.
