I make elderberry syrup with this. Good for immune system, especially in the flu season. This product is good. Now lot of people started to make their own elderberry syrup. I bought this brand couple times because I’m pleased with the quality, but they raised the price double since last year. Maybe I should start to look another brand if they keep gauge the price.
