Wish I could leave no stars. This is my second one of these diffusers. The first works fine. I have several other diffusers from different sellers. This unit began making a horrendous sound a few weeks after its arrival. I contacted the seller and initially I thought they would be very helpful. I was sent a checklist of things that I’d already tried - cleaning the unit - and very obvious questions - is it bubbling? I answered all and sent a video of the unit and its roaring sound, so loud that I have to turn it off if we are watching TV or have company. I was told that this is “normal”, just the usual sound of diffusers. Since it is producing bubbles and steam, it is not malfunctioning. What??? As I said, I have many diffusers. This is NOT normal. Don’t buy from this seller as they ignore recorded evidence of a defective product. I’m posting the video so you can hear the loud roaring sound. Would you want that in your family room?
