Original review: "The item was received on time, and the seller did not do anything wrong BUT... The part where the pieces click in was threaded wrong. When I attempt to use it, it starts to twist off and then the click in pieces pop out. It is a cause for safety concern. I threw it away." I had originally posted the review above, and the seller contacted me. They asked if I would be willing to remove the feedback if they refunded my money. I told them that I would state that the problem had be rectified, but that I would jut not feel right about completely removing the statement. Then they again sent me the same email, asking me to delete the feedback and I replied with the same as before. I continued to get the same e-mail almost every day. The only difference is it changed to "We refunded your amount, now please delete the feedback." What irritates me about this is that they were obvious automated computer sent emails, and not an actual person. If you actually care about your customers, why not have an actual person reply? So I got angry and said that I still would not delete the feedback but would put that my money was refunded, and now was going to say that the customer service was automated and it did not feel as though they actually care. To which I got a reply saying, "Dear friend, Here is a real person, if not, what about the refund? The system automatically refund your order? You've promised to remove the feedback after you get refund, and now your are breaking your promise. We are honest seller, we are always trying our best to solve problems and you won't lose money." Now it is obvious that they never once read the actual e-mails sent. It was not about the money, it's about the integrity. I might have bought from them again, but now I definitely will not!
