are babe has a iron deficiency and we were taking iron drops but she didn't like it no matter what we hit it in so the doctor recommended this. yes this has flavor, but it's almost worse than just the iron supplement itself. Because it has such a dark color that when she spits it out it stains her clothing. And the flavor is still terrible you still get that metal taste. We still have to fight to get her to take it, and since insurance doesn't cover it and it costs so much money I don't think it's worth it. and you can't really mix it in with other things because it does have a flavor.
