I'm actually on the fence about this product. I will start by saying I am the "Queen of Cramps." I have severe, debilitating cramps more than anyone I've talked to, and more than any of my university physicians have encountered,. I have cramps in my thighs, behind my knees, and more recently, in my feet and ankles, My cramps can come on at any given time, and if i'm in public when one surfaces, I have to hide somewhere, as people would think I'm amidst having an epileptic seizure. My cramps last as long as 13 minutes, and I feel as though I'm in a literal prison cramp and being tightened into a human vice. That said, I saw this product and thought it was worth a try. I've tried everything else...too many things to list here, including prescription medications my neurologists have prescribed. Blood tests and other testing indicate nothing abnormal. I've only tried this through nearly one bottle, and have to say that my cramps are so severe and excruciating, that it's actually difficult for me to even pump this foam onto where my cramp is occurring. I have managed, at times, to rub the foam onto my skin, and on occasion, within a couple minutes or so, the cramps diminish. Of course, the cramps will diminish and eventually subside at some point anyway, so I'm not certain whether it's this product that begins the process of the cramp subsiding, or whether it's mere chance. I will say that for a period of time, I used this product every night as a preventive...before I went to bed to see if stops the cramps from even surfacing, and it was ineffective at actually preventing my cramps from coming on. I plan to continue using this product through yet one more bottle to make the determination whether it actually helps, or whether it does not.
