I would give this 0 stars if I could. The “leather” had scratched in it, which I didn’t realize until the chair was almost together, the legs have plastic pieces on them and some where broken in the package. It smells weird- sort of like it got damp. I’m only keeping it because it would be a pain to send back and isn’t worth the Trouble to do so! I tightened all the screws as tight as they go, but it still feels flimsy! UPDATE: I’ve had this chair less than 6 months- it keeps getting worse! One of the casters broke! I ordered new wheels for it. The seat cushion is so flat I can feel the springs on my butt! I’ve thought about ordering a different chair, but I will likely get a seat cushion for it too.... what a total piece of garbage! Update 2: 6 months from purchase- the seat is now wobbly for no visual reason! Update 3: about 7 months from purchase the bottom of the chair actually broke! I reached out to the manufacturer who sent me a new one. I don’t expect it to last long!
