Company has been bought out. The formula went from 27% active ingredients to 15%. As you've already noticed, there has not been a corresponding reduction in the rather steep price. The company claims the product will work just as well (???) and will still offer a refund if it doesn't work. Of course if it does not work your are out your labor (in my case I'm maintaining a building with literally thousands of daylilies as well as many other plants that need protection from a rampant deer population) AND your plants will have been munched. The guarantee is not going to pay for your time or damaged plants.
