Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

These are the worst bands I have ever used. I don't understand how they have such good reviews because they are unusable (fake reviews?!?). There is a good amount of stretch; however, when you stretch them a certain point they cant stretch anymore and the band is stiff. The bands only stretch like an inch before being fully stretched. This means at my regular hip distance stance the bands are hard and not stretchy anymore. Honestly I think I would hurt myself if I used these for a workout. I am so disappointed. DO NOT BUY!!
