If you are truly on KETO DO NOT purchase this product!!!!! It is filled with wheat and gluten. Wheat and Gluten are ingredients that are not KETO or low carb. It is also NOT LOW CARB which is why they change the spelling on this item to "KARB". The only thing it doesn't contain is sugar. It was expensive and I don't want other people to make this same mistake. This company should be shut down permanently for trying to poison people who are on a KETO diet.
