This is just a horrible product that doesn't work as advertised. I am a surgeon. I know what sharp blades and tools are. I have used this for a solid 3 months and use the cleaning station regularly. I can't believe anyone gives this a good review. 1. It doesn't shave close 2. It takes FOREVER to shave..you have to repeatedly go over the same area over and over again. 3. It repeatedly fails to start unless and until you plug it in (even for 5 seconds) even though its on a full charge. 4. Calls to Braun go unanswered. Amazon should literally take this item off its web pages and refuse to sell it.
