I make a lot of soups and I love bell peppers but sadly I truly regret buying this. There were just way too many seeds and any of the “diced” bell pepper pieces where so small it just resulted in a seedy mush. And as far as taste goes it was not very pleasant. It was bitter and lacked any distinguishable flavor. Based on the previous reviews made by others, this product sounded amazing. And as I was very VERY impressed by Augason Farms Tomato Powder I though this could be a winner as well. But sadly this wasn’t (at least not for me). I wish there was a sample size we could try before buying the bulk size. The only good thing that I can say about this is at least it didn’t have the twig like pieces in it like Mother Earth Products Dehydrated Bell Pepper did, now that was a huge turn off and ruined many meals.
