Lies: not renewed. Violation of Amazon "renewed" policy. Potentially fraudulent listing.
I WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW ONCE THIS SITUATION IS REMEDIED. People are understandably wary about buying renewed items on Amazon. This is why they are described as being as good as new with all parts replaced or fixed so that the equipment functions as if it was a new item, hence the term "renewed". The packaging and protective foam were all intact, which means that the defective vertical line must have been there before this was shipped. This would be far more understandable if this was a new item fresh out of the factory, but because this is a renewed item, it is supposed to be verified manually by actual humans to ensure that it is literally as good as new, and that clearly did not happen or they ignored this dead, teal line, of broken pixels that deform the screen. This is a violation of standards amd terms described and attributed to this item when sold. Someone must pick up this item and refund me. It's absurd that the basic interface would have me drop this off at a UPS store. You sent me a broken TV that you said you had checked to be good as new. Come pick it up and refund me or I will pursue this to the fullest extent possible. I need this TV to work as a graphically precise monitor but it has obviously broken pixels. I will literally be losing comission because of this negligence on your part. Please remedy this now.
