Warning : HORRIBLE PRODUCT and experience! I have very long straight hair and I've been using few curling irons in my life, but this was the worst curling iron I've ever used. Even on the lowest setting it completely fried my hair and my hair burned off in chunks. That happened in September after I purchased it and I thought maybe it was my fault that I set it up to 330F (normally I use between 300F up to 350F on my other Flat/Curling irons that I own). After that 1st experience, I tried to repair my hair by spending hundreds of dollars on hair masks and Olaplex treatments to attenuate the visible damage that this product did to my hair and I never used it again until today. Today, I thought to give it another try and I set the iron to 280F(the lowest option possible) and it did the same thing to my hair like with the 1st usage. I almost had a mental breakdown, cause this time, it burned the hair from the top of may head. Never in my life I burned my hair with an curling iron that I used, EXCEPT with this specifically product. This curling iron destroyed me hair in 10 seconds, hair that I was growing it up for years to get to this length. Furious and completely devastated, I went and brought my kitchen thermometer to see what is the temperature of the iron in the lowest setting, because I couldn't explain to myself why the heck it burns my hair...what do you think? Thermometer registered 423F on the lowest setting (when it supposed to stay at 280F MAX) (see the video). I am extremely disappointed! On top of everything I cannot even return this item, because the return window closed on October 28th. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
