Just as I was bragging to my roommate at how well it collected moisture in my closet, the moment I touched the plastic hangar, it breaks into 2 pieces and the giant fluid filled bag drops to the floor and explodes on impact leaving a liter of water and sticky chemical goo on my floor. In a panic, I remember a second bag still hangs in my closet and rush to remove it before history repeats itself. As I slowly reach to remove it as though I’m disarming a live bomb, the second my finger tip touched the hangar it split in 2 again and drops to the floor leaving another massive lake in my closet now. It’s been 2 weeks and after many cleanings, a shiny slippery film still remains on the hardwood. 5 stars for moisture absorption -3 stars for cheap plastic hangars that turn said absorbed moisture into inevitable water bombs
