My daughter used this was brand new it has never been used before well it fell apart my daughter lost her cat and we have never found it this was last year I would never suggest anybody buy one of these I just now found the link to find it again because I was going to report this last year but I could not find the link until today I’m very upset that my daughter lost her cat also the door fell off my daughter was so upset that she lost the cat that she didn’t even think about trying to find the door
