What can I say? I'm SO disappointed that this tablet didn't work out when there are so many great reviews. It came extremely well-packaged, with extra pen nibs (love that) and clear instructions. However, when it came time to actually use it, this product just didn't work. I did all the troubleshooting tips that normally work, yet no matter what I do, this tablet has 0 pen sensitivity, rendering it completely useless for drawing. I also tried uninstalling / reinstalling the driver multiple times, restarting my laptop, and yet it also continued to say 'NO DEVICE FOUND' even though all the lights on the tablet lit up - so there was no way to set shortcuts for the buttons on the side, either. I emailed customer support and got one short email back with a few recommendations of what to do, but when I emailed again (after none of them worked), there was no reply. I want to love this tablet so much - the price is right, the drawing area on the tablet is huge (comparatively), and I love the replacement nibs. But with no pen sensitivity, I might as well just be using my mouse.
