This oven was great--until it broke 8 months after buying. Control panel went. Went through much trouble to return product. FedEx picked up on August 31st--still no new oven almost a month later. I am now on hold waiting to speak to someone...This is second time I am on hold, as first time phone cut off. My email also went unanswered. Don't buy this if you want a quality machine that lasts or need to contact the company.
