Bought the my pillow for my wife as she has chronic neck and back problems. At first she was happy with it. Now, three months later, she cannot get a full nights sleep with this pillow because she has to constantly readjust it to keep it comfortable. It will not hold it's shape for more than a hour or so, and because of the constant re-adjustment it no longer helps her back and neck problems. Basically a complete waste of our money.
