Power swabs was a complete waste of time and money. They did nothing...nothing at all. The swabs have hardly any "gel" on them. I actually felt silly using the "white swabs" because it seemed like nothing was on them. If you look at the ingredients, one is baking soda and the other is peroxide, but neither as main ingredients. If your gums can take it, you will be much better off with peroxide strips. I can't say enough how much of a con these things are. If you think that your experience will be different...good luck.
