I did a lot of research on different brands and their reviews before purchasing this travel system. This is my second child, my first was born 10 years ago so there’s a huge change in these products. A lot better! I’m so disappointed in this product. It’s not safe, not convenient, and poor quality. My biggest complaint is how HARD it is to fasten the buckle. The buckle isn’t pictured in any of the photos given. It’s so hard to do and my daughter screams the whole time because I basically have to push down her thighs to get it in. Both of the straps aren’t the same length and I’ve re-thread it at least 3 times. The strap to tighten the shoulder straps also doesn’t tighten all the way. This car seat was pretty unsafe especially when she was a newborn. Also, the stroller is NOT easy to fold up. I’ve never had a problem with Graco “cheap” travel systems and this one gives you a really hard time. I’m most likely just going to bite the bullet and purchase a new stroller and car seat very soon!
