This product is made by Bestway and stamped with the Coleman name. I know this because after three short months of owning this product, one side of my spa collapsed. I contacted Coleman customer service, who gave me the contact information for Bestway, and told me that was all they were willing to do. So if you buy this product, understand that Coleman will not deal with you if you have a problem. They are willing to make money off this item through a "licensing deal", but will not stand behind their own name printed on the spa. I personally will never buy another Coleman product after this experience, as I don't have four hundred dollars to throw away.....ever! This spa was a complete waste of my hard earned money. I have accompanied the pictures of my collapsed spa as proof this thing may only have a life of 3 months! Buyer Beware!!!
