A couple of "gotcha's" to watch out for
Product isn't a fix all. It only works for some applications (contrary to what the item description says). For a tandem axle vehicle, you MUST make sure that your axles are further apart than standard. If your tires are only 3-6 inches apart, you will not be able to fit the second leveling chock in between your tires on the ground. They have instructions for how to modify and cut one of these down so it fits, but that is far from a good solution when you are cutting up a near $100 item just to try to get it to work for the first time. If you have a wide gap between your axles (a foot between the tires) or a dually, this should not be an issue. The other glaring issue is that they slide on the ground as the wheels roll up on it. I figured that it would be fine on dirt and some pine needles, but was very wrong. Even after it carved off the pine needles and over an inch of dirt, it still slid and carved out more dirt! It's amazing how slick these are even with the weight of the camper! You would have to put some traction tape/pads on these and modify them EVEN FURTHER to solve this problem! For nearly $100, I feel that time to cut, modify, buy traction material, and install traction materials became far outside of being worth it when the product was costly and described as an easy product to use right out of the box. I returned mine and they were very helpful with this return even though I was outside the return window. I really wished this item worked out for me. It would be a huge time and hassle saver if it work exactly how they describe. If they made a few small improvements, this would be worth $100 for sure.
