I am tryng to get help to fix this glitch, it is intermitten but happens most every night I watch TV since I got it. Amazon is sending me a check list of things to do. I will be contacting LG support. Was hard to get a video of the issue but now that I have it I hope to get help. I shouldn't have to do all this! Not very satisfied. UPDATE. Amazon contacted a LG tech (none locally) he was 2 hours away. After doing diagnostic over the phone and text he determined it was a problem with my cable service and never came to the house. Took weeks to get a cable tech out to my house. The signal was strong and no problems. Over that time the Glitch has gotten worse. I contacted the Tech who said I had to contact LG and open a new case. He also told me to wait till the problem got more severe. WTF I paid $1500.00 and I should live with a defective TV....THIS IS BS. Calling Amazon back today. 11/15/21 update. Well I am screwed, I am past the 30 limit to return the Item because I let the Amazon rep on my first call convince me that LG tech support would help. 2 weeks before I called withthe issue, 1 week for a tech to contact me, who told me the problem was with my cable company, 2 weeks plus for cable company to come out and rewire and test all connections which were fine. The problem still presisted and is getting worse. I call Amazon they say I have to call LG support, LG support remotes into my TV makes some adjustments to my TV. Has me watch 10 mins of a show I see the issue I tell her. She tells me it is most likely a problem with my cable, or connection. I tell her Cable company was out and tested everything, I was using new HDMI cables, Comcast Gave me a new Cable box specifically for 4K. I don't see how it can be in the connects. They insisted it was my connect and will not send a tech out , will not replace the defective TV. So I am F...ing stuck with $1,500 defective TV.
