I had high hopes, but I can only give it 2 stars. I have one problem... IT WON’T GET HOT ENOUGH! The griddle takes what seems like an eternity to get hot(5-6 min) and the grill has a hard time getting to 350 degrees even after 15 minuets. When there is a slight breeze the grill won’t get above 250 degrees. The both seem to have a good flame but just won’t get hot. I’ve tried several different propane tanks and have even removed the original hose and regulator and bought a quick connect hose to hook it up the the low pressure propane connection on my camper... same results. Telling me that it’s the grill itself, not the regulator. Under the perfect conditions the griddle works pretty good, but the grill... still not hot enough, unfortunately outside cooking the conditions are rarely perfect. Personally I think the grill or the griddle just doesn't doesn't put out enough BTU's. If anyone has figured out anything to help the "not hot enough" problem, please post a comment. If I figure something out I’ll update my review. Update. 4-8-19 I figured out!!!! Long story short, its fixed! I replaced the hose and regulator with an adjustable regulator. I can now adjust the pressure of propane to get just the correct heat. I have used both the griddle and grill several times and works GREAT. The link below is the one I ordered. It fits PERFECT with no adapters needed. I ordered the 10' hose, two minutes later i was cooking. If you cant tell I'm excited to have an awesome camping grill. I'm not sure why Black Stone didn't think of this...
