I'm returning it and getting something better with better quality control. I'm using this in a small satellite office, and though I don't need it often, I need it to work without drama. This printer was easy to set up and has a very small footprint which I like, but it gets so hot that the edges of the paper curl up as the paper comes out. It's impossible to even stack the pages neatly because of this curling. Steam/smoke is visible coming out of the printer as it's passing the paper through. It sits on my desk and clients look at it in horror as it runs. I tried the new HP toner cartridge I bought just to see if it had to do with the starter cartridge, but still the same. Note to HP: Charge a few more dollars and provide a printer that deserves your good name. This one's going back thanks to Amazon's wonderful return policy, along with the toner cartridge I bought for it. I'm buying a better printer. Looking at other brands this time as well.
