I have been using Nutribullet products for the last 5 years and have always been pretty happy with them. The quality and utility have been fairly good. Since I use my Nutribullet every day, I thought this would be a great addition to have on hand in case I travel. It is cordless and small so you can charge with a USB cord in advance and use it on the go. It definitely delivers on its portability, but it is really not large enough to be useful. When I make smoothies, I usually want at least 12-20 oz and this can only accommodate around 1-1/3 cups or around 10 oz. For reference, I took a picture of the bottle next to my blender bottle to show how small it is. The blade is quite small so good for mixing protein powder, but not great for cutting larger pieces of fruit. You have be very careful when cleaning the blade since it is combined with the entire unit. There is no way to remove and clean it separately. Also, you can't use this small blender for hot liquids. It sounded like a good idea at the time I ordered, but definitely is not what I expected - too small and not as versatile as I expected.
