although this machine is fairly lightweight and easily manipulated, it left me under-whelmed. before first use, I vac'd the carpet twice [with a Bissell vacuum cleaner], then proceeded to use the new machine. it seemed to plug up fairly[TOO] quickly with dirt/dog hair (???)--- this was purchased because it was a "pet-pro" model. also, advertised-reviewed that it was good as/better than professional machines using max clean (??). net result was I found it very frustrating/hard to clean brushes and nozzles--which I had to repeat 4 times for a single [18'x20'] room---and, I will want to redo this 1st room again in a day or two to get it as nice as the "stxxxxx-steamer" folks did last year. maybe I should have called them back this year, but the reviews and features indicated that this would be an easy 'chip shot'. I think this model would be good for 'touch-ups' or bi-weekly to monthly maintenance, but [I] don't see the deep clean part...….. btw, just 2 humans, 1 inside dog here, not a lot of foot traffic ps--to the Bissell folks: if the brush and squirt nozzle assembly was as removable as the upper & lower tanks, and suction nozzle (for cleaning/washing out) maybe the plugging, etc. issues would be a lot more forgivable
