The second time in a week I have gone back through my order history, because I liked these products when I originally bought them, and reordered them! Should be simple right? Nope. The other item was a pair of pj pants that was not made from same material as the original. BUT this pillow I noticed the second the FedEx guy handed the box to me, it was not nearly as heavy! It isn't the same pillow(period.) I have to start all over again and find a company that hasn't cheapened there line. I guess that is what companies do, get some excellent reviews, get some sales under their belt and then cheapen the product. I will hesitate now just going back through my order history and reordering. Very sad! I doubt these are "advances" in memory foam technology! Just less material or cheaper material! UPDATE: "proofs in the pillow" This pillow weighs well under 2 lbs! This is less than the 3.6 lbs advertised in item description. I used a kitchen scale. SEE PHOTO OF DESCRIPTION
