With all of the build-up of this book in the 20-minute infomercial and the $84 price tag, I figured I would learn some ground-breaking information about preserving my brain health as I get older. On receipt of the book, I read this tiny, 1/4-inch-thick publication in a couple of hours. It contained as much white space as text inside. I would call this pretty much on the level of a scam, as the information in it is absolutely GENERAL information, that ANYONE, who reads about health at all would know. He does not go into any new neurological findings, nor anything that one couldn't pick up from a Diabetes Today magazine. This is, in my opinion, all marketing hype, no substance! Extremely disappointing.
