Unfortunately I was not able to open your box to check to see if your item was good or not ! broke-or OK!! because you had to stickers on the front and back of your box that stated if I opened the box I will not be able to return it !!! so with this being said I made a business decision concerning my mother not to use your product but I felt that maybe it could work for her but with those type of restrictions I will never know .
