Pretty easy to assemble, and looks nice for a while. However, after a single use one of the inner bags ripped. It looks like it wasn't manufactured properly; the seam and material didn't line up well at all. Then after two months a severe amount of mold crept in and around the hamper. The other hampers next to it didn't have this issue at all! I think the culprit was the center divider made of particle board; it's never exposed to sunlight normally, and it absorbs moisture. Basically, this hamper really needs to be made out of better materials.
