like some of the other reviews, I am a former TAGG user. I was very happy with the tag unit and phone app for about 6 months. The device and phone unit allowed me to track my dog when he was outside of the house with pretty good accuracy and that was worth $100 + $10 /month. Now, however, it is garbage. Mostly the new WHISTLE app is crowded with stuff surrounding my pets activity, which is worthless to me. I have lab puppy. There is no danger of him not being active. The app is also bloated with a bunch of stupid social media s***. I'm sure that nobody wants to know what my dog's level of activity is. I don't even care. You cant turn this stuff off, as far as I can tell. The WORST part, however, is that the main utility for which I bought and continue to pay for no longer works at all. It no longer gives ma a location of my dog that is anywhere close to where he is. I test it when I am walking him and its off by as much as a half mile. To me, this is even worse than having no tracker at all, because in a lost dog situation, it would send me away from where he actually might be. I have contacted customer support (35 minute wait) and they send me instructions to reboot the device and base station, which didn't work. I am done with this product now. I assume that another company will soon come in and fill the void left by TAGG. Thanks for wasting my money and time WHISTLE.
