I won't be buying this book because the authors and publishers did not reach out to Tangerine Jones (one of the originators of the concept of Rage Baking - the owner of the website and instagram handle of the same name since at least 2016) prior to publishing the book. She is a black woman who started Rage Baking as a form of political and artistic protest, and should have been included/consulted/contacted.
