Previously, I had a large Keurig for about 6 years before the motor went bad. Then I purchased this one. It died in about 2 months, Keurig replaced it. The second one went belly-up less than 3 months later. Keurig replace it. The third one lasted a little over a month. I am using the same water as I did with my first Keurig...the long-lasting one. I have followed all the "online" and phone advice from the company.My conclusion is that Keurig has cut corners in manufacturing. What's the line from a famous movie? "I'm mad as H-- and I'm not going to take it any more." I strongly advise customers to re-think buying this product.
