The Calista Style Dryer is the best tool I have ever had for styling and drying my hair. I really love how it works! However, I hate to say that it is not very well made. After using mine for a few months, the little plastic ring that fits over the release buttons snapped in two places, which renders the tool completely unusable. The springs and other little parts flew off, which I found in the drawer where I stored it. This is an integral part of the style dryer, as it is what holds the various attachments on the tool. I tried (to no avail) to find parts to simply replace the ring that broke. I called the number listed in the instruction book, but it is a maze of extensions until you have to leave a message. It's a shame that such a wonderful tool is rendered useless by such a small, very cheaply made part for which a replacement is not available for purchase. The Calista Style Dryer is way too expensive to simply buy another, especially after only a few months. Very, very disapppointed-not in the performance of this product, but in the cheap way in which it is made.
