I love BaByliss tools, I've used them for years, but these rollers were a disappointment. I tried to use these three times, and the only thing consistent was their faults. I let them heat up while I showered, which is plenty of time. Half of the rollers were barely warm, and a few were too hot to touch. I left them in until they were all cool to the touch, and they still did not curl my hair. I have a lot of layers and my hair is not heavy, so this should have worked. Still, my hair was barely wavy.
