This worked great the first time I used it. The next time it kicked a circuit breaker. Never had any issues with the circuit breaker before. Third time I used it, it kicked a circuit breaker and then would not start, it was dead. I contacted Dyson and they had me box it up and take it to the UPS store. After only having it 2 weeks I was not happy. I made the time to trek it over to the UPS store. They boxed it up and sent it to the repair shop. I just got it back. I took it out of the box and found the wheels that stabilize it were completely broken off. No information on what was fixed either. I contacted Dyson again as I can't use it without the wheels. After waiting on hold, finally got through. They told me to take it back to the UPS store and return it and they will send me a replacement, but don't have another animal in stock so they are sending the Dyson multi floor vacuum. I was told it is the same except it doesn't come with the same attachments. I was told to keep the attachments I have and it will work with the new one. I really wonder if it is the same. I can see it is less expensive, though that could be due to the attachments. I am really not happy having to find time to run across town for now a second return. I purchased this a month ago and still don't have one that works. I would not have purchased this had I known all the trouble I am going through.
