I purchased this exact same mat in the robot design about six months ago to send with my little boy at daycare. We love that one so much, I ordered another one to have at home in the space designs. For some reason, the space one, (which is not used nearly as much as the one that goes to daycare with him every day) is not holding up nearly as well as the other one . This one has faded and started getting those little balls all over it.. and it's the one that has never even been washed. The robot one has been washed multiple times. It's almost as though it was made cheaper than the other one. Also, the pillow they sent with this one is not the same pillow that was sent with the robot design. This pillow is completely flat, and has been since we got it. The pillow that he uses every day with the robot mat is still nice and fluffy. Please see picture below. I would appreciate it if they would contact me regarding this matter.
