First, the product arrived as promised. Within 2 days of taking it, I felt an unease, more of a slight edge on everything. I attributed it to a sharpened focus. As time went on the "edge" was interfering with cognitive function so I stopped. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I forgot to cancel the deal and received the follow up pills and was billed for 89.95. Naturally I was ticked but those were the terms. I am normally spot on about cancelling these front end loaded deals, but this one slipped thru the cracks. So, I called cs, requested the subscrpiption be cancelled and asked for an email confirmation from Angel. She went to her supervisor for how to accomplish this. Came back to me and said it takes 2 days. Hard to believe they don't have the capability to send a receipt but I accepted it. Needless to say, nothing came so I called back. Was told there was no allowance for an email receipt in the system, I said, What? first rep tells me one thing, 2nd rep tells me the opposite? Then, just take your word I am not being charged for this? I asked for a supervisor, spoke with Mr Ramirez, who said he would him request an email receipt be sent out. Yes, I received it 2 days later. Next step is seeing if a charge shows up again in 60 days, which I have on my calendar and will not pass it by this time. Anytime I have dealt with a vendor that doesn't have the capability to issue a receipt for cancellation, yet issues a receipt for purchase has ALWAYS ended with problems. I would not deal with this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. First, the product didn't work, Second, the canellation process is a burden. The two weeks I used this product, cost me $100. This is how they do business. Don't get caught by the money back guarantee because the price goes to $45 a month after the promo expires.
