See the attached picture - the key to a successful water filter is it’s ability to seal properly so that water ONLY leaves the reservoir through the filter, instead of leaking on the sides, unfiltered, into the water you intend to drink. I had this issue despite reversing the seal (O ring) as the manual suggested, and even trying it without the seal - not matter what I did, this thing leaked. This, coupled with the extremely cheap plastic construction means that this product, in a word, is garbage. $75 worth of garbage, I might add. Don’t believe the hype, folks.
