First, I've not ordered this brand before. That said, I've been using neem oil for a long time. I'm writing this review to warn others that I'm suspicious of this being authentic neem oil, let alone organic. So this review cannot speak to use, because I have chosen to return it based on these factors: 1) The product arrived today and it's a chilly, rainy day (56'). I opened the package and immediately noticed that the oil was very dark (nearly black) and very runny. Neem oil should be solid at temperatures below 76', and my home is only 65' today; 2) I've never seen neem oil that dark in color before. Perhaps it exists, but I've never seen it; 3) The bottle label reads "Pure and Natural" not "Organic" although it does have the USDA Organic sticker on it; and 4) I noticed typos on the bottle which was a red flag (think China) and made me wonder if I received a knock off.
